I’ve been spending quite a lot of time lately working with clients on their email marketing campaigns. It’s an area that I love working in because when it’s done correctly, they can be very effective and it’s also easy to measure their effectiveness.
Our email marketing software offers our clients an affordable and measurable way to generate repeat business through targeted communication. We can also offer up to the minute reporting that is second to none in it’s detail.
From one-off, simple email newsletters to structured email promotions with interactive twists and turns, we’ve been helping our clients spread their brand values and communicate directly with your customers.
Could we help you?

We’ve just completed a minor website redesign for The Answer – one of the UK’s hottest rock bands.
A lot has changed since we’d carried out the initial design two years ago – Youtube, mobile blogging and general advances in the presentation of multimedia, so the band thought it was time the site was updated to push these various technologies to the front.
The band are currently touring the enormodomes of the United States in support of the one, the only AC-DC and are due to hit our shores once more in April for some headline dates before rejoining “The Acca-Dacca” in the summer.

One of our oldest clients, the learning disability charity CKUK (formerly known as Common Knowledge Glasgow) is always coming up with innovative ways to engage and communicate with it’s user base.
Last year, we delivered the CK Click website, an online magazine which has a heavily customised version of WordPress as it’s beating heart. This website has gone from strength to strength and publishes upwards of 10 stories a week to an evergrowing audience.
We’ve also recently been involved in moving numerous CKUK websites over to the UBICMS content management system and the results can be viewed through this central portal.
The latest project we are involved in is the creation of a “Social Story Generator”. Remember the old photostories you used to get in Jackie and Eagle? Well, we’ve been commissioned to create a fully content managed Flash generator that will let CKUK generate stories with fully interactive audio, video and text.
It’s a fairly large undertaking, but one we’re well up to the challenge of.
I’ll keep you posted on developments. The initial prototypes look very exciting.
Fennon Mcrae, a leading brand consultancy company, are the latest organisation to benefit from our extensive email marketing experience.
As authorised resellers of the Campaign Monitor email marketing system, we’ve been working with them for a couple of months now, helping them utilise the full range of features that this excellent client communication system offers.

It seems like I’m always harking on about these tough times we’re living in at the moment. Hard to avoid really.
It stands to reason that many clients are looking to spend less on their web presence and in a lot of cases they’ll be erring towards thinking about (what they would call) a “redesign” rather than a brand new site.
I don’t think there’s a difference between the two. If you feel that your website has lost it’s appeal and is looking old and tired then it stands to reason that your audience will too! I’ve met quite a lot clients recently who are almost embarrassed to give me their URL!
Given the opportunity to start afresh, you can do everything differently. You’re falling short if you think a re-design is purely about the visual aspect of your site – it’s much deeper than that. If you were given a decent budget and a decent plot of land, how would you re-build your home? Which features or rooms would you do away with? Which rooms would you expand? How would you improve your day to day life? It’s not too bad an idea to ask these same questions of your website development.
Re-designing is a great opportunity to think big about your company, focus on previously ignored possibilities and lead you to an end result where you are not only proud to have visitors but will pro-actively develop ways of seeking out new ones.
What do you think?
