(1) An examination of the existing impression which the company makes.

(2) A decision on the desired impression which the company wishes to make.

(3) The establishment of whose opinion the company is really concerned about.

(4) The preparation of a proposed programme of Public Relations work to correct wrong impressions and to promote an improved company image.
