I love gadgets! I especially love them when playing around with them can have a positive impact on my clients and go towards reducing bounce rates…
The latest web-based gadget I’m having fun implementing for a couple of clients is called Userfly.
Userfly lets you watch videos of your real users, tracking every mouse movement and click. It’s proving to be a highly effective, extremely affordable means of seeing just how usable your pages are. Letting it run for a couple of days on some client sites has been extremely enlightening and I’m planning on rolling it out as an optional service to other clients soon.
The only downside is it can get pretty addictive watching users navigate and you can easily find yourself urging them on to look at your impressive list of clients or willing them to get in touch!
Would you like to see how your visitors use your website in real time?
Get in touch and we’ll get this set up for you.
